Re: lumber yard skiff i have plans for both of those boats, and i opted in this instance to build walt's boat instead of tom's design. just seems to me that the long point is pretty and nice for a fishing boat, but i haul lumber, concrete, steel, tools, etc in my skiff, and i wanted something that i didn't care much about..
